PokerOK: From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader in Just 7 Years
PokerOK, now known as ПОКЕРОК, has grown from a small poker room to an industry leader over the past seven years. The room was launched on February 13, 2019, after GG Network took over Lotos Poker following its bankruptcy in December 2018.
PokerOK's unique features include a distinctive visual design, the ability to buy stakes directly in the client, an unusual cash drop system, and a mission system for beginners. Sergey Rybachenko was one of the first ambassadors of PokerOK, securing his status with two consecutive wins in a $1,000 evening tournament.
In 2019, PokerOK started hosting high-stakes games, initially through invitation-only 'Home Games' and later through Featured Tables. The Blade series in April 2019 saw a high-stakes tournament with a $25,000 buy-in that exceeded its guarantee by nearly double. Daniel Negreanu joined PokerOK as an ambassador in 2019, following the expiration of his contract with PokerStars.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
