Poker Twitter Heats Up: MMAsherdog's Controversial Claims and AirTag Tracking Debate
MMAsherdog, a prominent figure in the poker community, has been actively sharing his insights and experiences on Twitter since early April. He posts almost daily about poker strategies, finance, and even calls out those who promote poor advice. His recent activity has sparked debates and discussions among poker players.
MMAsherdog's Claims and Experiences
In one of his posts, MMAsherdog named Berri Sweet as the greatest online poker player. He mentioned that Berri has dominated top players like Linus, Ivy, Trueteller, Sauce123, and Jungleman over the past decade. MMAsherdog also recounted an incident where he was accidentally hit by Doyle Brunson on a scooter, leaving him with a scar. The incident occurred at Bellagio, where MMAsherdog was excited to meet the legendary player but ended up with a painful encounter.
Steve O’Dwyer, another prominent poker player, criticized Daniel Smilkovic for consistently entering tournaments late, accusing him of cheating. O’Dwyer stated that Smilkovic's behavior gives him an unfair advantage and that tournament directors should enforce stricter rules. Smilkovic defended his actions, stating that many players do not see it as a violation. The debate has drawn attention from other players, including Rob Yong and Aleksey Ponyakov, who have shared their thoughts on the matter.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
