Pennsylvania Bans 11 Individuals from Gambling Facilities for Serious Offenses
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has banned 11 individuals from entering gambling properties or accessing them online. These bans are part of the state’s Involuntary Exclusion Lists, which restrict access to licensed brick-and-mortar gaming facilities, online iGaming platforms, and Video Gaming Terminals.
Among the offenses cited, a female patron left a one-year-old in a vehicle in the parking lot of Parx Casino for 2 hours and 41 minutes while she was gambling inside. Another male patron left a 10-year-old in a vehicle for 18 minutes while he gambled at the casino sportsbook at the Hollywood Casino York. These incidents highlight the PGCB’s strict policies against leaving minors unattended at casino properties.
Additionally, a male was banned for attempting to use 28 counterfeit $50 bills at a game table. The PGCB continues to raise awareness about not leaving children in casino facilities, especially in hot weather, through campaigns like Don’t Gamble with Kids.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
