Michigan resident wins two lottery prizes of $110,000 each due to mistake
How the double win occurred
A participant in the Michigan Fantasy 5 lottery, who was vacationing in the northern part of the state, accidentally bought two tickets for the same draw.
The 68-year-old resident of Livingston County received two Double Play prizes of $110,000 each.
Where the tickets were bought and plans for the winnings
One ticket was purchased at Krist Food Mart on US Highway 31 North in Charlevoix, and the other at Toski Sands Party Store on M 119 in Petoskey.
After returning from vacation and checking the tickets, he discovered that both were winners, and he plans to spoil his grandchildren and buy a new truck.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
