Michelle Chin Claims Historic WSOP Bracelet Victory After 11 Years

Michelle Chin made a triumphant return to the World Series of Poker (WSOP) by winning the 2026 WSOP $1,500 deuce-to-seven triple draw lowball event. Chin outlasted 657 entries to claim her first WSOP bracelet and the top prize of $161,313. This victory is particularly notable as it marks Chin's first bracelet win after an 11-year journey in the poker scene.

Chin's win is historic as she became the first female player to win a non-big-bet bracelet since Carol Fuchs took down the 2015 WSOP $1,500 dealers choice event. Chin earned 840 Card Player Player of the Year points as the champion, adding to her impressive poker career.

Chin's journey to the top was not without its challenges. She faced stiff competition, including notable players like Jason Daly, Terrence Chan, and Jon Turner, who made deep runs in the event. The final day of play began with a dozen players remaining, and Chin was inside the top five on the leaderboard. She navigated through the competition, winning crucial hands and eliminating strong opponents to secure her victory.
