Michael Rossi Wins Big at Moneymaker Tour, Secures London Adventure
Michael Rossi has made history by winning the Moneymaker Tour Main Event for $134,265, mirroring Chris Moneymaker's legendary victory from 20 years ago. Rossi's journey began when he won a $90 satellite on ACR, which offered 25 seats to the $2,500 Moneymaker Tour Main Event. This victory not only secured him a spot in the Main Event but also earned him a $10,000 WSOP Main Event ticket and a $100,000 Triton London package, handed to him by Chris Moneymaker and ACR CEO Phil Nagy.
Reflecting on his achievement, Rossi shared his excitement with Poker.org, stating, “I had some rakeback in my ACR account. I decided to cash it in and enter the satellite. I won it. I won one of the seats on one bullet. My buddy told me, ‘You’re literally living the dream of the poker community.’ I have a small crew of family and friends that support me. Getting into the Main Event is incredible. I was planning on getting into it at some point, to try to satellite in if I could. To get in directly–and the Triton package–sign me up!”
Rossi's incredible run doesn't stop there. He also secured a $115,000 package for the ACR High Stakes Adventure London. Five more players will be joining him for this once-in-a-lifetime poker experience. The adventure includes $110,000 in tournament buy-ins and entry fees, plus an additional $15,000 in travel expenses, making it an all-expenses-paid trip to one of the world's most cosmopolitan cities. Winners will also have the chance to explore iconic landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and the Tower of London, and immerse themselves in the vibrant culture and history of London.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
