Poker Player LazyAss Accuses CoinPoker of Unfair Ban and Funds Seizure
Poker player LazyAss has accused CoinPoker of unfairly freezing and banning his account, leading to a public dispute. The player, who goes by the username LazyAss, claims that his account, which held over 10,000 USDT, was frozen without warning. Shortly after, he was banned for using a Real-Time Assistant (RTA), a claim he denies.
LazyAss's account was permanently banned and his funds were confiscated in early November 2025. The player has taken to public forums to share his experience, warning others about the risks of playing on CoinPoker. He details his communication with CoinPoker's support, which he describes as unprofessional and lacking in detail.
In response to the dispute, Mario Mosbek, a CoinPoker employee, took to Twitter to defend the platform's actions. Mosbek claimed that LazyAss used GTOWizard, a software tool, for cheating during games. He provided an internal report from CoinPoker's security service to support his claims, stating that LazyAss's actions were detected through real-time analysis.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
