JNandez87 Analyzes Zoom-200 Session: Key Hands and Strategies

Professional poker player JNandez87 recently completed a Zoom-200 session and is using PLO Trainer to discuss and analyze key hands. JNandez87 marked eight hands for review during his session. He plays on multiple platforms, including PokerStars and GG Poker.

In one of the hands discussed, JNandez87 received a 3-bet from a player with a low 3-bet percentage of 5%. The PLO Trainer solver recommended calling 99.4% of the time against a 4-bet of 40 bb. JNandez87 mentioned that he should have called instead of 5-betting in this particular hand, as the solver indicated that calling is better.

JNandez87 also discussed a hand where he checked on the flop, bet on the turn, and called on the river to win the pot. He analyzed a situation where he had a flush draw and a gutshot on the turn, but no outs on the river. JNandez87 emphasized the importance of understanding opponent tendencies and exploiting their weaknesses.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
