GipsyTeam at Unibet Open: The Journey and Early Days in Prague
The GipsyTeam crew has landed in Prague for the Unibet Open poker tournament. Igor Smirnov, known as Rakeback on GipsyTeam and Drigoron on Skype, is traveling from Saint Petersburg to Prague for the Unibet Open tournament. The Unibet Open tournament started on August 5, 2010, in Prague.
Six GipsyTeam players, led by Sergey 'Gipsy' Rybachenko, will begin playing on August 6. The team is staying at the Hilton, where the atmosphere is relaxed and the facilities are impressive. The casino is filled with players wearing Unibet-branded t-shirts, creating an exciting atmosphere for the upcoming games.
Alexander 'fraerok' Khauстов and Mikhail Mazunin did not make it to Day 2 of the tournament. The top 3 leaders after Day 1 are Marius Bobinas (Lithuania) with 131,500, Daniel Pettersen (Norway) with 112,900, and Henri Ojala (Finland) with 106,000. A women's tournament with a buy-in of 110€ starts on August 6, with Alexandra Usoltseva representing GipsyTeam.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
