Poker School Representatives 'maurrrr' and 'isaac79' Make Big Waves at EsPT
Two representatives from a poker school, Mauri Pazos 'maurrrr' and Isaac Chapi 'isaac79', made a significant impact at the EsPT tournament. 'maurrrr' finished 5th, winning 20,450€, while 'isaac79' secured 7th place, taking home 13,000€. Their aggressive and direct playing style left a lasting impression on the tournament.
Mauri Pazos 'maurrrr' had a notable run, but his attempt to reach the podium was thwarted when he lost to Rubén González with QQ against AK. Isaac Chapi 'isaac79' started the day with the fewest chips but managed to hold on and avoid being the first to leave. He was eventually eliminated by 'mikiantimadridista' with 22 against KK.
Other participants from the school who won prizes include Javier Domínguez 'Thalai', who finished 12th and won 5,000€, Adrián Belenguer 'SrSaeba', who came in 17th with 3,520€, and Emilio Domínguez 'Piokari', who placed 30th and earned 2,050€. Congratulations to all participants from the school, whether they won prizes or not.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
