Best Poker Training Sites to Improve Your Mixed Game Skills

Clubs Poker, a new sweepstakes poker site, focuses on mixed game poker, offering various game types like HORSE, Big O, PLO, PLO 5 & 6, and more. This makes it a great platform for players looking to improve their mixed game skills.

For those seeking to enhance their mixed game prowess, several top-tier training sites offer comprehensive resources. Upswing Poker's Mixed Game Mastery, created by Jake Abdalla, is a standout option. This course includes over 100 video lessons covering various mixed game types and strategies, from basic concepts to advanced tactics. However, it comes at a price of $999, which might be steep for casual players but is a valuable investment for serious mixed game enthusiasts.

Another notable option is Run It Once, which offers a mixed games learning path for its Elite members. This path covers a wide range of mixed game types and strategies, with videos from coaches like George Danzer and Christopher George. The Elite Membership costs $199.99 a month, providing access to a wealth of resources and a community of players and coaches. While there isn't a singular structure to guide learning, the content is high-quality and well worth the investment.

For those looking for free resources, PokerCoaching.com offers a YouTube video by Alex Livingston. Entitled Crush the WSOP Like a PRO!, this video focuses on Omaha 8 strategies, providing a decent overview of starting hand selection and breakdowns of actual tournament situations. Although it won't cover all aspects of Omaha 8, it offers solid tips and is completely free.
