ACR Poker's Massive Software Upgrade: A New Era for Online Poker
ACR Poker, part of the Winning Poker Network (WPN), is preparing for a major software upgrade, the largest in its 20-year history. The upgrade aims to modernize the desktop client and make it more competitive with other platforms. The new software has been developed with input from thousands of players.
Owen Gaines, the Head of Product at WPN, described the new poker client as offering the best experience in the industry. The new software features a visually appealing interface with improved navigation and easy access to promotions and games.
The tournament section will have customizable widgets and enhanced functionality. ACR Poker will rebrand, including a new logo, website, and merchandise store. The room will change its name from America's Cardroom to ACR Poker, reflecting the growing international player traffic. The upgrade will benefit ACR Poker and other skins within the WPN.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
