WSOP Paradise: $50 Million Guaranteed in the Bahamas
The World Series of Poker (WSOP) has announced a new festival set for December 2023 with $50 million guaranteed over 15 events. The action will take place at Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas from December 3-14, 2023. The festival has been dubbed 'WSOP Paradise' and features a $5,000 buy-in Main Event with $15 million in guaranteed prize money.
Also on the docket is a $1,500 Mystery Bounty event with a $5 million guarantee, and high rollers with buy-ins of $50K ($2M GTD) and $100K ($5M GTD). Pot Limit Omaha players will also get their fill of action with two events that are each set to command seven-figure guarantees.
The WSOP has teamed up with GGPoker for WSOP Paradise. GGPoker sent 774 players to the 2023 WSOP Main Event in Las Vegas earlier this month and is aiming to send at least 1,000 players to WSOP Paradise. The online poker room is set to feature a signature $25,000 buy-in GGMillions event at Atlantis that promises a $10 million guarantee. Ty Stewart, SVP & Executive Director of the WSOP, praised GGPoker and Atlantis for their roles in the event. Daniel Negreanu, GGPoker Global Ambassador, expressed excitement about the event and the location.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
