WPT Mexico City: Qualify Online, Win Big in Person
The World Poker Tour (WPT) is holding its first online to live poker tournament where players will kick off their event on WPT Global and later make the trip down to Mexico City.
The WPT500 Mexico City event is a $550 buy-in, $500K GTD event that kicks off on WPT Global where Day 2 qualifiers will be heading down to Mexico City next month. Multiple Day 1 flights are scheduled between April 9 to May 21 with all time zones taken into account. All Day 2 qualifiers will receive a $1,000 travel allowance into their WPT Global accounts.
The WPT Mystery Bounty is a $5,000 buy-in event with an additional $50,000 in Mystery Bounties thrown in for good measure. The WPT Mystery Bounty runs from May 30-31 and is open only to WPT Global members. Each $5,000 buy-in is split in half 50% to the prize pool and the other 50% into the Mystery Bounty pool. Online satellites for the WPT Mystery Bounty also start at just $5, giving everyone the chance to play.
