Unibet Poker Exits Moldova, Kazakhstan, and Russia Markets
Unibet Poker, one of the top European poker rooms, is facing issues with players from Russia, Moldova, and Kazakhstan accessing their accounts. Players from these countries are reporting that their accounts are blocked, and they receive a "Player disabled" message when trying to log in. Unibet Poker has decided to close accounts of players from Kazakhstan, Moldova, and Russia.
This decision is part of their plan to exit grey markets where gambling regulations are lacking. Unibet Poker's financial losses from exiting the CIS market will be minimal, but their image will improve in countries with acceptable gambling legislation.
Players from Ukraine are not affected by these changes due to existing gambling regulations. If you encounter the "Player disabled" message, close the lobby and log in through the Unibet Poker website to withdraw your funds.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
