Thailand to Integrate Esports into School Curriculum with Major Education Reform
Thailand is set to embark on a major education reform that will see esports integrated into the school curriculum. This initiative, confirmed by Capt. Dr. Patdarasm Thongsaluaykorn, the Deputy Government Spokesperson, aims to create new career opportunities and develop essential skills among students.
The plan adopts a multi-phased approach, with the initial step being the introduction of esports clubs in schools. These clubs, named 'To be number one', will provide students with a designated space to develop analytical and technological skills, improve time management, and build teamwork and leadership abilities.
By combining learning and gaming, these new esports clubs will enable students to compete in local, national, and even international esports tournaments, unlocking further growth opportunities. The Thai government views esports not only as entertainment but as a high-value creative industry capable of generating substantial income and creating sustainable career paths for Thai youth.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
