PokerStars Ontario Hosts Final Bounty Builder Series Before FanDuel Merger
PokerStars Ontario has announced its final Bounty Builder Series before merging with FanDuel. The series will run from March 13 to March 23, 2026, featuring 47 tournaments with buy-ins ranging from C$20 to C$100. The Main Event of the series has a C$100,000 guarantee and a C$250 buy-in.
This series marks the last major tournament on the current PokerStars platform for Ontario players before the transition to the new FanDuel platform. The merger, confirmed earlier this week, will see PokerStars US and Ontario networks integrate with FanDuel's software. The new platform will be branded as "PokerStars Exclusively on FanDuel."
As part of the transition, PokerStars US Rewards will shut down on March 13, 2026, and Casino Progressive Jackpots will be removed on April 1, 2026. In Ontario, the Rewards program end date has not yet been announced, and Progressive Jackpots are scheduled to be withdrawn on May 5, 2026.
