Poker Pros Challenge High-Stakes Regulars in Online Cash Games
Poker players continue their attempts to challenge high-stakes regulars in online cash games. Armandо D’Аvanzo, known for his MTT skills, moved up to the NL100k limit after winning a bracelet and playing NL40k. In a significant hand, he warned his opponents, 'I don’t fear you,' after a big hand against Makeboifin.
Armandо D’Аvanzo has been playing poker for over 10 years and prefers cash games, especially heads-up. He moved to Malta to play expensive tournaments after making a large bankroll from cryptocurrency. Despite his success, he plays mostly heads-up and rarely participates in MTTs, with only 103 tournaments in 8 months. He played a session on $200/$400 with Artem Shaganoff, Stanislav Melgue, Michael Addamo, and other regulars.
Andreas 'Duckzzz' Nasman organized a session on $500/$1k with ante, attracting players like Stefan Burakov and Michael Addamo. Duckzzz had a short-lived session on NL100k with Michael Addamo, Stefan Burakov, and others. He and Michael Addamo played a session on NL20k with other regulars, including Sergey Nikiforov and Arthur Martirosyan. Duckzzz lost his remaining stack to Timofey Kuznetsov and focused on NL20k.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
