PokerMatch Updates Bad-Beat Jackpot Rules for Cash Tables
PokerMatch has changed the bad-beat jackpot rules for all cash tables of Omaha and Hold'em in November. The new rules make it easier to win the jackpot, with adjusted payout percentages and new qualifying hands.
In Hold'em, players can win the jackpot if they lose a hand with four of a kind twos. In Omaha, the bad-beat jackpot will be triggered if a player loses a hand with four of a kind queens.
The losing player in a jackpot hand receives 23% of the jackpot. The winning player in a jackpot hand receives 17% of the jackpot. 35% of the jackpot goes into the fund for the next jackpot. 10% of the jackpot is divided among all players who participated in the jackpot hand. Another 10% of the jackpot is divided among all players at the jackpot tables in the same poker discipline. PokerMatch takes a 5% commission from the jackpot. The size of the jackpot depends on the limit played, with 0,25₴/0,5₴ tables receiving 5% and 10₴/20₴ and higher tables receiving 100%.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
