Peter Eastgate Secures Spot at Final Table in High Roller Bounty Shootout
Peter Eastgate has once again secured a spot at the final table, this time in the High Roller Bounty Shootout tournament. The event, part of the North American Poker Tour (NAPT), featured a buy-in of $25,600 and attracted 49 participants seated at seven tables. Each table winner received $75,000, with an additional $5,000 for each opponent eliminated.
Three notable women participated in the tournament: Vanessa Russo, Annie Duke, and Jennifer Tilly. Despite their presence, none of the women advanced to the final table. Jennifer Tilly had a notable performance, eliminating two players, including Joe Hachem. However, Faraz Jaka proved to be a formidable opponent, eliminating all three women from the tournament.
In a dramatic heads-up match, Peter Eastgate faced Isaac Hakston. The match was intense, with both players showcasing their skills. Eastgate's strategic plays and Hakston's resilience made for an exciting showdown. Ultimately, Eastgate's experience and tactical moves secured his place at the final table. Scott Seaver leads in eliminations with six players knocked out, followed by Hoot Kirkins with five and Faraz Jaka with four.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
