Nick Schulman's Amazing Call: Poker Pro Reveals Opponent's Cards
Nick Schulman, a seven-time bracelet winner and Poker Hall of Fame inductee, recently showcased his exceptional skills in a high-stakes poker tournament. During the U.S. Poker Open at the PokerGO studio in Las Vegas, Schulman made a dramatic call that left his opponent and viewers in awe.
Schulman was playing against Jeremy Becker, who had K♥4♦. The flop came down A♦6♣5♠, and the turn was the 2♥. The river was the J♥. With 695,000 remaining in his stack, Becker moved all in. Schulman, who had 7♥6♥, checked for a third time. After about a minute, Schulman threw in a chip to signal his call, turning over his pair of sixes. “[You] got K-4 over there?” Schulman asked. “I guess you can’t tell me.” Becker sat motionless as Schulman called out his exact hand.
Although Schulman ultimately finished as the runner-up, adding $144,000 to his $26 million in career tournament earnings, his incredible call will be remembered as one of the highlights of the tournament. The dramatic moment was captured and shared on social media, with viewers praising Schulman's skills and the excitement of the game.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
