NEKOTYAN Leads July High-Stakes Poker Rankings with $616,000 Win
NEKOTYAN has emerged as the top earner in July's high-stakes online poker scene, leading the rankings with a profit of $616,000. This puts him significantly ahead of other players, including Ilari Sahamis, who came in second with $376,500.
Ilari Sahamis recovered from a recent $225,000 loss by winning $400,000 over the weekend. jungleman12 also had a successful weekend, winning $245,000, including $151,000 from Tom Dwan. Ziigmund had a notable win of $266,000 from durrr and harrington25 in $500/$1000 PLO.
Tom Dwan, however, faced significant losses, losing nearly $300,000 on Full Tilt in July. This follows his loss of the WSOP bracelet and various betting losses.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
