MrBuilderman Reveals His Poker Journey and Strategies
MrBuilderman, a prominent figure in the poker world, recently shared his journey and strategies in an interview. Known for his ability to play an enormous number of hands, MrBuilderman played over 1 million hands and won $500k in 2023, despite taking 4 months off.
Early Career and Learning
MrBuilderman began his poker career 14 years ago, starting with Sit & Go (SNG) and Multi-Table Tournaments (MTT) before transitioning to cash games. He started playing NL100 but quickly moved down to NL25 after losing most of his bankroll. This experience taught him valuable lessons about the game and how to adapt his strategy.
Ban from PokerStars
MrBuilderman and his friend Steve were banned from PokerStars for soft playing. They had a unique arrangement where they avoided playing against each other, but this behavior was deemed a violation of the site's rules. Despite the setback, MrBuilderman continues to share his insights and experiences, offering valuable advice to aspiring poker players.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
