Mike Postle Faces $10 Million Lawsuit Over Poker Cheating Allegations
A collective lawsuit of $10 million was filed against Mike Postle, Justin Kuraitis, and the Stones Casino. The lawsuit was filed by Veronica Brill and 24 other players who claim to have been victims of Mike Postle's alleged cheating. The lawsuit is based on investigations by Doug Polk, Joe Ingram, Veronica Brill, and many other enthusiasts from 2+2.
The lawsuit alleges that the management of the Stones Casino was negligent in ensuring the security of live broadcasts. Many employees had access to the room where the players' cards were shown live, and they were not prohibited from bringing their phones into the room.
The lawsuit is being considered in a civil court, so the players and their lawyers will have to prove that the probability of cheating in this case is higher than 50%.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
