Michigan Lottery Enhances Online Services with Aristocrat Interactive's iLottery Solution

The Michigan Lottery and Aristocrat Interactive have signed a new six-year deal. The agreement includes an additional six one-year extensions.

Aristocrat's iLottery solution will supercharge the Michigan Lottery's operations. The iLottery solution includes a complex draw games system called NeoDraw, a robust player account management platform, NeoSphere, a comprehensive customer and data experience solution called NeoEngage, and NeoCube, offering advanced business intelligence and helping with data-driven decision making.

The Michigan Lottery will benefit from Aristocrat Interactive’s full end-to-end iLottery ecosystem. The innovative technology is designed to enhance customer engagement while bolstering operational efficiency and ensuring responsible play. Aristocrat Interactive’s NeoGames, US, LLP, will significantly bolster the Michigan Lottery’s operations. Aristocrat joined forces with the software company Gambyt for the development of new website and mobile app for the Michigan Lottery.
