Michael Mizrachi Secures Ninth WSOP Bracelet in Dominant Pot-Limit Omaha Victory
Michael Mizrachi has once again cemented his legendary status in the world of tournament poker by winning his ninth World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet. This time, he triumphed in the $10,000 pot-limit Omaha championship, securing a $1,350,203 first-place prize. The tournament drew 836 entrants in 2026, making it one of the largest fields at that buy-in level.
Mizrachi's dominant performance included eliminating four bracelet winners at the final table. His total career tournament earnings now stand at over $30.6 million, highlighting his consistent success in the poker world.
Mizrachi's victory was marked by his strategic play and resilience. He faced strong competition, including defending Card Player Player of the Year Jesse Lonis, who made an incredible comeback but ultimately finished seventh. The final hand saw Mizrachi's jack-high straight secure his win against Zarvan Tumboli, who had managed a few doubles but could not catch up to Mizrachi's lead.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
