Major Online Gaming Operators Unite for Responsible Gaming Standards
Leading online gaming operators in the U.S., including FanDuel, Bally’s Corporation, BetMGM, DraftKings, Entain, and MGM Resorts International, have agreed to the first industry-led responsible gaming standards. The 12 principles are derived from four core attributes: legal markets, responsible gaming culture, entertainment, and support for individuals needing additional tools.
The principles include a commitment to prevent underage and excluded individuals from participating in any form of gaming. Operators commit to providing customers with informed choices about gaming through easily understood responsible gaming tools. The principles also include the adoption and effective promotion of a unified nationwide responsible gaming toll-free helpline.
The collaboration also commits to employee training and continuously monitoring operators’ respective responsible gaming programs and initiatives to ensure their compliance with applicable standards.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
