Irish Poker Open 2026: A Festival of Poker and Craic in Dublin
The Irish Poker Open 2026 is set to be one of the most memorable editions yet of Europe’s longest-running No-Limit Hold’em festival. The event will take place from March 26 to April 6, 2026, at the Royal Dublin Society in Dublin. PokerStars has opened a comprehensive satellite program for online qualifiers, giving players of all bankrolls a shot at winning their way into the festival’s marquee events via multiple online qualifiers.
The festival itself will feature 86 tournaments across a wide range of formats and buy-ins, anchored by the €2,500,000-guaranteed Main Event. A standout addition for 2026 is the expanded Deaf Poker schedule, with multiple dedicated tournaments, including a Deaf Main Event, PLO Deaf Championship, and other disciplines tailored to the deaf poker community.
The Craic Den will offer nightly entertainment, including live music, karaoke, and themed competitions. The festival is as much a cultural event as a poker tournament, with late nights, new friends, Guinness in hand, and stories becoming part of Irish Open lore.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
