GreenLine Poker Fund Celebrates 3 Years Despite Major Challenges
The GreenLine fund was established three years ago. Over this period, the community has grown significantly, with over 200 players in its main roster and winnings totaling $11,350,000. However, the journey has not been without its challenges.
One of the major setbacks was a planned yacht trip, "Green Killers Party," which was disrupted by the war in Ukraine. The trip, initially planned for April 2022, had a budget of €75,000, which later increased to €100,000. The fund had to navigate the complexities of supporting its members during the conflict, including those from Ukraine. Despite the difficulties, the community decided to proceed with the trip as a way to stay together during tough times.
Another significant challenge was the transition project from hold'em to PLO, known as NLO. The fund created a specialized training program and promoted it extensively, but faced low participation. Despite the setback, some players successfully transitioned to PLO, earning a collective profit of $350,000. The fund continues to accept new players for the NLO program.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
