FullTilt's Scathing Response to Phil Ivey's Lawsuit
Phil Ivey filed a lawsuit against Tiltware, the parent company of FullTilt Poker. Tiltware's response to Phil Ivey's lawsuit was aggressive and critical, accusing Ivey of prioritizing his own financial interests over those of the players.
Tom Dwan expressed his dissatisfaction with FullTilt's handling of player payments and announced he would play in the WSOP without FullTilt stickers. Dwan stated, "I will play the World Series. I feel completely normal in moral terms, as I have already said that I will pay the players 100% of the money I received from FTP if they do not return it."
Andrew Robl criticized Phil Ivey's lawsuit, stating that Ivey's actions were self-serving and harmful to the players. Robl wrote, "The statement by Phil Ivey serves only himself. He is trying to cover his ass and shield himself from the current legal problems of Full Tilt and non-payments to players."

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
