EducaPoker Adjusts Services Due to Spanish Government's Decree Law

EducaPoker, a prominent poker education platform, has announced significant changes to its services in response to the Spanish government's decree law 11/2020. The platform has canceled all promotions and any activity that could be seen as encouraging gambling during the State of Alarm.

In addition to canceling promotions, EducaPoker has paused updates to EducaPuntos for the .es environment until at least April 26, 2020. This pause is part of the platform's efforts to comply with the decree and minimize any potential disruptions to its services.

EducaPoker has also restricted access to forums, blogs, and the VIP plan. These restrictions are in place to ensure that the platform remains compliant with the decree and to provide a safe and secure environment for its users.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
