Conor Beresford Wins $436,812 at PCA $50k SHR
Conor Beresford won the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure $50k 7-handed title for $436,812. There were 29 entries to the tournament. Ben Heath was responsible for two bullets after bubbling the money in the $100k SHR won by Ike Haxton. Stephen Chidwick, Cary Katz and Timothy Adams were among the early casualties as the players chased five paid spots.
The prizepool was $1,412,532. Juan Pardo had to settle for the min cash as he ran his pocket 8s into Dan Smith’s rockets. Timothy Adams departed in 5th for $165,950 when his 9s couldn’t improve against Heath’s queens. Ben Heath edged the cash but Conor Beresford lifted the trophy after a couple of flips went his way.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
