Adrià Díaz Secures Third Place in $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty Event
Adrià Díaz, a member of the Spin Project, secured third place in the Event #51: $1,500 Super Turbo Bounty, winning $117,451. The tournament, held in Las Vegas, attracted 2,110 registrations and featured a prize pool of $1,761,850.
Díaz entered the final table with 32 big blinds, the second-largest stack behind Qing Liu's 52 big blinds. The final table was quick, with Thomas Moore and Joe Kuether being the first two eliminations. Julio Novo, who had 15 big blinds, was eliminated by Adrià Díaz in a triple all-in situation.
Díaz doubled up with 99 against Peter Park's 98, but later lost a crucial hand to Mark Dube. A painful bad beat occurred when a dolorosa jota appeared on the turn, giving Dube the win with AJ against Díaz's AK. This hand cost Díaz the chance to compete for the bracelet. Peter Park ultimately won the tournament, eliminating Mark Dube to take home a prize of $240,724.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
