World Poker Tour Introduces WPT Wildcard: A New Era for Poker Content Creators

The World Poker Tour (WPT) has launched WPT Wildcard, a new brand and format focused on content creators and fan engagement. The first WPT Wildcard events are scheduled for October during the WPT Prime Lodge festival in Austin, Texas.

The Heart Attack Poker cash game stream, featuring WPT ambassadors and popular poker content creators, is scheduled for October 8. Players will wear heart monitors, adding an exciting twist to the game as their heartbeats will be visible to both viewers and opponents.

The $300 Mystery Bounty Wildcard event, an open tournament with various power-ups and penalties, is scheduled for October 12. This event promises to be thrilling with surprises like Immunity, Re-spawn, Run It Twice, and Bounty Forfeit, making it a unique and engaging experience for both players and viewers.
