WPT Madrid Day 1A: Raúl Mestre and 'breixo9' Advance

Raúl Mestre and 'breixo9' passed the first day of the World Poker Tour National Series Madrid with above-average scores.

Players 'PIOKARI' and 'Darkored' were eliminated on the first day but will rebuy and join the rest of the #TeamMestre.

'Sir_Donald' started the day losing points but recovered by winning an all-in hand in the river. 'breixo9' eliminated a player with T T against A 3, with 6 7 3 on the flop. 'PIOKARI' was all-in preflop with A A but lost to Javier Etayo who had Q Q. Álvaro Áspas 'Darkored' went all-in with A K and 2 2 5 on the flop but lost to 4 4. Players 'pikatoteles' and Eva Vitoria 'EVITA8' were also eliminated on the first day. The rest of the #TeamMestre, including José María Jiménez 'jmbigjoe', Marc Rufas 'Naager', Unai Amelibia 'unaiko', and Ánder Ramírez 'Bunbury23', will join the tournament.
