Traveler Impressed by Hospitality and Size of America

Raúl, a traveler, shares his experiences from a road trip through the United States, highlighting the hospitality of Americans. The traveler is impressed by the enormous hospitality of the Americans, stating that the people are very amable, and this has notably improved his impression of the country.

The traveler also finds that the cost of accommodation and food in the US is cheaper than in Spain. He plans to attend the 4th of July celebrations in Albuquerque, which he expects to be worth it. The traveler mentions that everything in the US seems big, including hotels, which sometimes have trains inside.

He also notes that the poker has been in the background during this part of the trip, but he is looking forward to playing in the Main Event of the WSOP. He hopes to be all in 100% in a couple of hours.

I've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
