The main event of RPT Kiev in March 2010 had 230 participants. The prize pool for the main event in Kiev was $427,350, with the winner taking home $122,000. The winner of the main event in Kiev was Sergey Sharovn, a Moscow-based amateur player.
The tournament will be held at the 16th floor conference hall of the Yalta-Intourist hotel. There will be 29 tables for the main event, four more than in Kiev. The buy-in for the main tournament is $2000. The event will feature a variety of tournaments, including Omaha, shootout, and a team tournament with chess and beach volleyball. The team tournament will have a buy-in of $2000+200 per team. The main tournament will have a starting stack of 30,000 chips and levels of 60 minutes on the first day and 75 minutes from the second day onwards. Additional tournaments include football, beach volleyball, billiards, and water polo. The RPT Party will be held at the best nightclub in Yalta. The event is organized by Poker Club Management, with Artyur Voskanyan inviting all players and friends of poker.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
