Poker Fans: Get Ready for PartyPoker Big Game IV and The Big Game
The first episode of PartyPoker Big Game IV aired on the fifth channel in the UK the previous night. The 48-hour event has been condensed into 16 hours and will be broadcast weekly for 16 weeks.
The Big Game from PokerStars will air daily on FOX starting June 14, 2010. The show will feature notable players such as Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Doyle Brunson, and Jennifer Tilly. The Big Game will last for six weeks. The Big Game is hosted by Chris Rose and Joe Stapleton. Ernest Wiggins, a PokerStars freeroll qualifier, will participate in The Big Game.
The Big Game will be available to watch on the official website and YouTube. The creators of The Big Game used a 'viral' approach for promotion, initially uploading a hand to YouTube before removing it. In the hand, amateur player Ernest Wiggins defeated Phil Hellmuth in a dramatic showdown.
