Poker Profit Race in Chinese Apps: za****tt Wins Big
The poker profit race, held from November 15 to 30, took place in several Chinese applications: PokerMaster, BlackSpade, SuperPoker, PokerKingdom, and PokerFishes. The race featured 12 prize places with the following distribution: 1st place - $2,000, 2nd place - $1,000, 3rd place - $500, 4th place - $400, 5th place - $300, 6th place - $200, and 7th to 12th places - $100 each.
The winner of the race was za****tt, who plays at the NL300/NL600 limit. za****tt started playing in China in May 2018 and played around 20,000 hands in November. The winner mentioned that the expectation in China is unstable and difficult to assess due to the dynamic nature of the player compositions at the tables. Additionally, Chinese poker applications have issues with bots, timers, and unstable tracker performance, which complicates the game.
The race involved over 100 participants, with the top 8 positions changing hands four times. The winner shared an interesting hand where he bluff-caught opponents with a pair of tens.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
