Poker Pro Masters 2: Semifinalists Battle for Barcelona Showdown
The semifinal matches for the Poker Pro Masters 2 have been decided, with an exciting lineup of players advancing to the next round. Leo Margets, José Angel Latorre “Cejakas”, Emilio Domínguez “Piokari” and Samuel Jiménez “Samy” will face off in Barcelona for a chance to win a 25,000€ passaporte to spend in tournaments of the World Poker Tour.
In one of the most intense matches, José Ángel Latorre “Cejakas” secured a decisive 3-0 victory over Álvaro Aspas “Darkored”. The final heads-up lasted exactly one hour, reaching level 125/250, and ended with a dramatic all-in that sealed “Cejakas” victory.
Leo Margets had a thrilling match against Gerard Rodríguez “GerardX”, turning the tables with a king that helped him overcome “GerardX” QQs with his KQ. In the final heads-up, Leo's two aces sealed his victory. Emilio Domínguez “Piokari” faced Alberto Núñez “Cashcope”, who put up a strong fight but ultimately fell short against “Piokari”. Samuel Jiménez “Samy”, the current champion, had to come back from an initial setback to defeat Jesús Cortés in their rematch of the Poker Pro Masters final.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
