Phil Hellmuth's Poker Lesson Auctioned for Charity
Phil Hellmuth offered a two-hour professional poker lesson as a charity auction lot. The lot was sold for $17,500. The winner will meet Hellmuth at a poker table in Las Vegas after the quarantine ends.
The winner can share the two-hour lesson with eight friends. Participants of the lesson will be provided with 5-star apartments in the Aria hotel. All proceeds from the auction will go to a charity account to help victims of the epidemic.
Hellmuth invited other star players Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu to join the auction. The project aims to raise $100,000,000 to help victims of the pandemic. At the time of writing, $23,000,000 has already been raised in the All In Challenge.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
