Pavel Veksler's PokerStars Caribbean Adventure: A Journey to the Final Table
Pavel Veksler described his tournament path in a blog and answered viewers' questions. He mentioned that he found it difficult to play against Matthias Eibinger and Christoph Vogelsang due to their aggressive style.
Veksler won a crucial pot against Matt Berk with Qh Th against Ks Ts. He also eliminated Jeff Hakim on the 10th place with As Qd against Kd 3d. Scott Wellenbach, who donates all his poker winnings to charity, was in the lead with 91BB. Mark-Andre Ladouceur doubled up against Pavel Veksler with Th Tc against Kh Kc and then busted on the 8th place.
Matthias Eibinger was the chip leader after the redraw to two tables but lost to Chino Rim. Matthias Eibinger mentioned that he often gets angry during the game when he is unhappy with his actions. He started his career in 2012 after returning from the Austrian army. Matthias Eibinger's first two cashes in offline tournaments were in the Colossus event at the WSOP in 2016 and 2017.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
