Nicholas Rigby's Unstoppable Run: Three Wins in Two Days at RunGood Poker Series

Nicholas Rigby achieved an unprecedented feat at the RunGood Poker Series in St. Louis, winning three tournaments in just two days. His remarkable run began with a sixth-place finish in the opening $300 buy-in event, earning $1,371.

Rigby's first major victory came in a $400 no-limit hold'em event. The prize pool of $139,260 significantly outperformed its $50,000 guarantee. Rigby started the final table as the chip leader and ultimately claimed a $28,010 first-place prize. This win marked his fourth RunGood ring and earned him 192 Card Player Player of the Year points.

Following his victory, Rigby switched to a $500 pot-limit Omaha event. With a field of 92 players, Rigby once again found himself with the chip lead by the time the final table was reached. He secured another win, adding $11,719 and 108 more POY points to his total. Rigby's evening was not over yet; he late registered for a $200 turbo no-limit hold'em event. With 121 players in the field, Rigby played deep into the night and locked up his third RGPS ring just before 2 a.m. In total, Rigby won over $45,000 across his four final table appearances in St. Louis.
