Live Poker Adventures: A Month of Offline Tournaments

The author decided to spend a month playing live poker tournaments after a disappointing online tournament experience. The idea came to him during the Pokerstars Baltic Festival in Tallinn, where he had a rough time but eventually recovered and decided to embark on this offline adventure.

The author's first stop was Riga, where he was met by a local player known as Артур ака Мясорубка. His first tournament was a 6-max event with 105 players, but it did not go well for him. He was eliminated by Андрюха Гулый with AQ against TT. Despite this setback, the author remained optimistic and prepared for the main event.

In the main event, the author played against notable players including Олег Сунцов and a player from Kaliningrad. He had a significant hand against the player from Kaliningrad, where he lost with AA against KT. The author also met a reporter from PokerOff, Паша ака Pashen, who was covering the event. The author's journey continued with more tournaments and encounters with strong opponents including Александр Кравченко, Ракун, and Dominikas Karmazinas. He made it to the final table of the tournament, which was televised, adding to the excitement and pressure.
