Leon Tsukernik Accuses Matt Kirk and Aria of Conspiracy in Ongoing Legal Battle
Leon Tsukernik, owner of King's Casino, is suing Matt Kirk and Aria for $10,000,000, claiming he was intoxicated during a poker game and that his opponents and the casino took advantage of him. Tsukernik's lawyers are seeking to amend his lawsuit based on new evidence and argue that any decision on legal fees should be made after the case is fully adjudicated.
The legal battle began when Matt Kirk initially sued Leon Tsukernik for $2,000,000, which he lost in a high-stakes poker game. The court ruled that the debt was a gambling debt and dismissed Kirk's lawsuit.
Tsukernik alleges that Kirk was backed by a team including poker legend Bobby Baldwin, who supports Kirk and other professional players against high-rollers at Aria Casino. Tsukernik claims that Baldwin, who is associated with Aria, potentially conspired with Kirk against him.
