Jeff Bezos and Eduardo Saverin Eye Liverpool FC Stake in Billion-Dollar Deal
Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, and Eduardo Saverin, co-founder of Facebook, are part of a consortium led by Amit Bhatia, the son of an Indian billionaire, looking to obtain a minority 30% stake in Liverpool FC.
The consortium is estimated to pay £1.35 billion for the stake, which would grow Bezos' holding in professional sports. Previously, Bezos looked into investing in National Football League (NFL) franchises.
Besides Bezos and Saverin, the consortium includes other prominent tech leaders and billionaires.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
