Jake Daniels Wins PokerGO Cup Event 3 for $200,000
Jake Daniels won Event 3 of the PokerGO Cup, securing $200,000. The event was the final $10k buy-in of the 8-event highroller series at the PokerGO studio in Las Vegas’ Aria Resort and Casino. A total of 80 entries from 52 unique players meant the exact same $800k prizepool on offer as event 2, won by Sean Perry, with $200k up top for first place.
Barry Hutter missed out on the money bubble. Wang himself bubbled the final table of six, day one ending with Daniel Weinand heading the chip counts and Chris Moorman in the mix on his PokerGO debut.
Jake Daniels sent Brock Wilson to the rail with kings against sixes. Daniels sent Moorman and Winter both out, and Daniels’ rampage continued when he sent Weinand tumbling out in 3rd, the very short-stacked Jeremy Ausmus recipient of a $48k payjump. Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
