Evoke Reports Stable Q3 2026 Results, Acquisition by Bally’s Intralot on Track
Evoke plc, the parent company of renowned international brands like 888, Mr Green, and William Hill, has released its Q3 2026 financial results, reporting mostly stable revenue. The company's acquisition by Bally’s Intralot remains on track and is expected to close in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.
Evoke’s CEO, Per Widerström, discussed the third quarter results, emphasizing resilience and focus on profitability and cash generation. The company's Q3 2026 group revenue was £406m ($541.8m), a 7% decrease year-over-year on a reported basis, or a 2% dip on a like-for-like constant currency basis. Evoke acknowledged that customer-friendly sports results in the beginning of the football season affected revenue growth. However, on a normalized basis, the company said the Q3 2026 results were "broadly stable."
Evoke plc is closing around 270 betting shops in the United Kingdom due to higher industry taxation. Widerström addressed the closures, saying: "The closure of 270 shops over the past year shows the real impact on jobs and livelihoods from higher industry taxation, and we urge the UK Government to carefully consider any further increases ahead of its forthcoming Autumn Budget."

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
