Daniel Negreanu on Confidence, Math, and Training in Poker

Daniel Negreanu, a poker professional with a 20-year successful career, attributes his confidence to his upbringing and supportive parents. He believes in his ability to succeed in any endeavor he dedicates himself to.

Negreanu worked with GTO specialists Matt and MJ, creators of the Hybrid Poker course. He spent 3-4 hours analyzing a single hand using solvers. He mentioned that some solver suggestions go against intuition.

Negreanu admits that determining opponent's ranges is an area he still needs to work on. He believes that his confidence is crucial for his success and that it allows him to take on serious work without hesitation.
