Amy Howe Steps Down as FanDuel CEO After Five Years
Amy Howe has stepped down from her position as CEO at FanDuel. Howe has been a driving force behind many of the recent changes across the company, along with its sustained growth in market share across the US betting landscape, while also pushing further into iGaming.
Under her stewardship, FanDuel launched its prediction market spinoff, FanDuel Predicts, designed to further explore the emerging field and close gaps with competitors such as Kalshi and Polymarket. Flutter CEO Peter Jackson confirmed a $300m investment push for FanDuel Predicts.
Christina Genetski will step in as the interim leader for FanDuel, while the company looks for a permanent replacement. Howe encouraged women in the company to support each other and raise the bar.

Argus RivenI've spent years at the tables — cash and tournaments — and just as long shaping poker copy behind the scenes: room reviews, bonus fine print, tournament notes. At PokerInsider I write the way I wish more sites would: clear structure, honest trade-offs, no hype. Whether you're new or already grinding, I care about what the offer actually costs you — rake, variance, and the fine print — and I treat responsible play as part of the job, not a footnote.
